Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• At least one year of experience working in a school or educational environment
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and their application in educational settings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to drive decision-making
• Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies tailored to students’ needs
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings, providing input on behavioral goals and supports
• Train and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure successful implementation of interventions
• Monitor student progress, adapting approaches as needed to achieve positive outcomes
• Document services provided in compliance with school and professional guidelines
