Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- At least one year of experience working in a school or educational environment
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and their application in educational settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to drive decision-making
- Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies tailored to students’ needs
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, providing input on behavioral goals and supports
- Train and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure successful implementation of interventions
- Monitor student progress, adapting approaches as needed to achieve positive outcomes
- Document services provided in compliance with school and professional guidelines
