Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning
- Track record of collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent programming
- Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized plans for students
- Model and coach behavior intervention techniques for school staff and teachers
- Collect, analyze, and share data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings, reporting on student outcomes and recommendations
- Provide training and resources to caregivers and school professionals as part of a holistic support approach
