Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention planning
• Track record of collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent programming
• Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized plans for students
• Model and coach behavior intervention techniques for school staff and teachers
• Collect, analyze, and share data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Lead or participate in IEP meetings, reporting on student outcomes and recommendations
• Provide training and resources to caregivers and school professionals as part of a holistic support approach
