Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Hamden, CT

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working within school settings preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify students’ needs
• Design, implement, and supervise individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
• Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel and families on behavior intervention strategies
• Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and ethical guidelines associated with BCBA practice
