Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Knowledge of evidence-based behavior intervention strategies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Ability to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify students’ needs
- Design, implement, and supervise individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs
- Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel and families on behavior intervention strategies
- Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and ethical guidelines associated with BCBA practice
