Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience working within school settings or with children/adolescents is preferred
- Expertise in functional behavior assessment, intervention strategies, and ABA methodologies
- Strong collaborative mindset, able to work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop tailored behavior support plans and provide relevant staff training
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee individualized behavioral intervention programs for students
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyze resulting data
- Work alongside educators and school staff to train and model best practices in behavioral support
- Monitor implementational fidelity, progress, and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
