Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working within school settings or with children/adolescents is preferred
• Expertise in functional behavior assessment, intervention strategies, and ABA methodologies
• Strong collaborative mindset, able to work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop tailored behavior support plans and provide relevant staff training

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee individualized behavioral intervention programs for students
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and analyze resulting data
• Work alongside educators and school staff to train and model best practices in behavioral support
• Monitor implementational fidelity, progress, and adjust strategies as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
• Offer ongoing guidance and consultation to both school staff and families to enhance students’ learning experiences
