Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hamilton, Ohio

Opportunity available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide invaluable support in an educational setting. This contract position is ideal for professionals capable of stepping in as a substitute BCBA for two multiple disabilities classrooms serving students in grades K-3. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working with multiple disabilities units or similar populations preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of behavior intervention planning and implementation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and handle short-term assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, collect and analyze behavioral data
• Develop, monitor, and modify individualized behavior support plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Provide consultation and professional guidance to classroom staff
• Advocate for students’ needs and ensure consistent support
• Document progress and make recommendations based on observed outcomes
