Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience working with multiple disabilities units or similar populations preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of behavior intervention planning and implementation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and handle short-term assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, collect and analyze behavioral data
- Develop, monitor, and modify individualized behavior support plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
- Provide consultation and professional guidance to classroom staff
- Advocate for students’ needs and ensure consistent support
- Document progress and make recommendations based on observed outcomes
