Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working with multiple disabilities units or similar populations preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of behavior intervention planning and implementation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and handle short-term assignments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, collect and analyze behavioral data
  • Develop, monitor, and modify individualized behavior support plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
  • Provide consultation and professional guidance to classroom staff
  • Advocate for students’ needs and ensure consistent support
  • Document progress and make recommendations based on observed outcomes
