Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), working within school communities near Hampshire, IL. We're seeking dedicated professionals open to full-time or part-time roles, offering meaningful impact by providing behavioral analysis services across multiple districts. This assignment runs from August 3rd, 2026, through May 21st, 2027. You'll have the chance to collaborate with teams across locations including Algonquin, Carpentersville, Hampshire, and other nearby districts in an itinerant capacity.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid national BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
  • Illinois IDFPR Behavior Analyst Certification
  • Experience supporting behavioral needs within K-12 settings preferred
  • Strong assessment and data analysis skills
  • Adaptability for collaborating across multiple campuses and districts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • PEL is not required for this position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative behavior analytic services to students and staff
  • Work collaboratively with educational teams to support student success
  • Monitor and evaluate progress, modifying interventions as needed
  • Provide training for school personnel regarding behavioral strategies
  • Manage caseloads across assigned districts, ensuring compliance with best practices
