An educational setting in Hampstead, NC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract role involves providing behavior analytic services tailored to the needs of varying caseloads within the school district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams through consultation and coaching
- Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and comprehensive documentation
- Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA Certification is required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred to effectively address diverse student needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with educators and support staff
