Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Eligibility to work in K-12 school environments (elementary, middle, and high school)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities
  • State licensure as required for practicing in school settings

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students as referred
  • Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide consultation, training, and ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and leadership teams
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Work collaboratively with IEP teams, actively participating in meetings and decision-making for students
  • Help build positive, supportive behavior programs within assigned schools
