This contract position offers a full-time schedule—35 hours per week—from August 24, 2026, through May 29, 2027. Each day runs from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, allowing you to make a meaningful difference while maintaining healthy work-life balance.
You’ll work closely with a caseload of 10-15 students and support five classrooms. Your expertise will play a critical role in boosting positive student behaviors and fostering success.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience in educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA strategies and data-driven decision-making
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train, coach, and model best practices for teachers and paraprofessionals
- Flexibility to adapt and provide hands-on classroom support when needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver real-time support and direct modeling of ABA strategies in classrooms
- Observe, collect, and analyze behavior data to create actionable strategies
- Train and provide ongoing, follow-up support for staff through emails and resources
- Guide teams on behavior management, positive reinforcement, de-escalation, and maintaining structured learning environments
- Serve as classroom support in cases of absence or shortage of staff
- Lead professional development sessions on topics such as data collection, use of visuals, and proactive strategies
