Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification is required
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments and utilize data for informed decision-making

  • Provide ongoing coaching and consultation for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain organized documentation
