What we’re looking for:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Valid state licensure
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform intervention strategies
  • Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
  • Offer ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, support staff, and school teams
  • Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Work collaboratively with IEP teams and participate in meetings to develop student-focused solutions
