Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in an educational setting preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Comfortable conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
- Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data

Key Responsibilities:
