Qualifications and Experience:

• Active, valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• State-issued Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential from the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board
• School-based experience highly preferred
• Must be able to complete district-required drug screening and fingerprints, along with standard credentialing

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis and support in a K-12 school setting (caseload and campuses TBD)
• Work collaboratively with educators, school personnel, and families to design and implement intervention plans
• Serve approximately 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, following the school calendar
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold compliance with district and BACB standards
