Step into a dynamic educational environment as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, supporting students from prekindergarten through 8th grade at a network of campuses in the Lawrence, MA area. This part-time, contract opportunity spans the academic year—from mid-August 2026 through mid-June 2027—and offers flexible weekly scheduling between 10 and 15 hours as coordinated with the supervising team. You will work exclusively onsite, traveling to various campus locations to deliver high-quality behavioral services to a dedicated caseload.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license valid in Massachusetts
  • Experience supporting students in educational settings, preferably with preK-8 populations
  • Ability to travel between campus locations in the Lawrence, MA area
  • Willingness to collaborate with school teams and participate in variable IEP meeting schedules
  • Successful completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting
  • Familiarity with IEPs; experience with the Esped IEP platform is a plus, but leadership provides full training and ongoing support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct BCBA services to a caseload of approximately 15 students, with possible caseload adjustments based on student needs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop, and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Coordinate and participate in IEP meetings as scheduled
  • Consult and train educators, paraprofessionals, and families on behavior support strategies
  • Collect data and monitor progress to ensure effective interventions
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using Esped platform
