Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Haverhill, MA

Seeking a dedicated and skilled BCBA to support students from prekindergarten through 8th grade in a dynamic educational environment. This contract role is part-time, with flexible scheduling (10–15 hours per week), and is based onsite, serving campuses in the Lawrence, MA area. Key Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Massachusetts
• Experience supporting children and adolescents in school environments preferred
• Commitment to completing required CORI and fingerprint background checks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel between campuses as needed
• Eager to learn new digital platforms; training provided on eSped IEP system

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct BCBA services to a caseload of approximately 15 students, with adjustments based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leadership to develop and implement effective behavioral programs
• Participate in and prepare for IEP meetings as scheduled by the school team
• Conduct assessments, write and oversee behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing data collection and analysis
• Support families, staff, and students with best practices for behavioral strategies
• Remain flexible as caseload and student needs evolve throughout the school year
