Seeking a dedicated and skilled BCBA to support students from prekindergarten through 8th grade in a dynamic educational environment. This contract role is part-time, with flexible scheduling (10–15 hours per week), and is based onsite, serving campuses in the Lawrence, MA area. Ideal for professionals residing near Andover, Methuen, Salem, or Lowell, this opportunity offers meaningful work in school settings, collaborating directly with educators and leadership teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Massachusetts
  • Experience supporting children and adolescents in school environments preferred
  • Commitment to completing required CORI and fingerprint background checks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel between campuses as needed
  • Eager to learn new digital platforms; training provided on eSped IEP system

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct BCBA services to a caseload of approximately 15 students, with adjustments based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school leadership to develop and implement effective behavioral programs
  • Participate in and prepare for IEP meetings as scheduled by the school team
  • Conduct assessments, write and oversee behavior intervention plans, and provide ongoing data collection and analysis
  • Support families, staff, and students with best practices for behavioral strategies
  • Remain flexible as caseload and student needs evolve throughout the school year
