Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving students across both middle and elementary school settings this upcoming fall semester. As the BCBA for this assignment, you will have a flexible yet consistent schedule from September until the December break, allowing you to collaborate with educators and school staff while providing essential guidance to help students succeed.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Experience working within school settings preferred
- Proficiency in developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Ability to conduct FBAs, complete assessments, and provide staff training
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to supporting students with a variety of needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative BCBA services to middle school students (grades 7-8) and elementary students (PreK-6)
- Collaborate with school teams to build positive behavioral supports and monitor student progress
- Modify and implement individualized intervention plans based on ongoing assessment and data collection
- Offer training and practical guidance to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Communicate effectively with families and school personnel to maximize student success
This position offers adjustable hours to be coordinated: middle school runs from 7:15am–2:15pm and elementary from 8:15am–3:15pm, with flexibility to structure your schedule within these windows in partnership with the school.
