Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Hayward, CA

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working within school settings or supporting children/adolescents preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and the ability to develop evidence-based intervention plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Team-oriented approach with adaptability and problem-solving capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students across educational environments
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and family members to support student goals
• Offer training and guidance to education personnel on behavioral interventions and best practices
• Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to inform ongoing intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school standards and ethical guidelines
