Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience providing ABA services within school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and interpret behavioral data
• Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff and families
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving aptitude in a fast-paced setting

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavioral assessments and interpret results to guide interventions
• Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior management plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff, teachers, and families regarding behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, effective services
• Track student progress, compile data, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements
