Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification, active and in good standing
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and methodologies
• Ability to develop and interpret functional behavior assessments and individualized behavior intervention plans
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
• Organizational skills for maintaining timely records and progress documentation
• Adaptable, solution-oriented mindset in dynamic educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for assigned students
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide consultation, modeling, and support to school staff and families
• Collect, analyze, and report behavioral data to guide interventions and track progress
• Deliver training and professional development to support staff in implementing effective behavior management strategies
• Attend IEP meetings to provide behavioral expertise and input
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrators to develop positive, inclusive school environments
