Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current and active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience providing ABA services within school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and interpret behavioral data
- Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff and families
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Core Responsibilities:
- Perform functional behavioral assessments and interpret results to guide interventions
