Essential Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential – School Psychology
  • English Learner Authorization
  • Recent experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a school or related setting
  • Three recent letters of recommendation attesting to your skill and professionalism

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance for a team of RBTs, ensuring high-quality behavioral interventions
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with school staff, teachers, and families to support student success
  • Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Participate in meetings and provide training to educational teams regarding behavior supports
