Make a meaningful difference supporting students with your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a rewarding contract role. You’ll play an essential part in school-based behavioral programs, collaborating with dedicated teams to create impactful learning environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Proficient in observing student behaviors and monitoring program fidelity
- Capable of providing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs to identify behavioral challenges and develop data-driven interventions
- Design, implement, and monitor effective BIPs in collaboration with educational staff
- Observe students in various classroom settings and provide actionable behavioral insights
- Supervise and support RBTs, ensuring adherence to best practices and treatment integrity
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, sharing recommendations and progress updates
- Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and reporting in compliance with relevant standards
This position offers a full-time, 37.5-hour workweek and a chance to earn between $55 and $65 an hour depending on experience. You’ll enjoy the variety and fulfillment of onsite, school-based work, engaging with students, faculty, and families to foster positive behavioral change.
