Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Hayward, California

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate student needs.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students.
• Perform regular classroom and student observations to track progress and effectiveness.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support personnel, to ensure consistency and best outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Previous experience working in school settings or with school-aged children is highly preferred.
• Solid foundation in performing FBAs and designing BIPs.
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience in RBT supervision.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Adaptable and collaborative mindset for school-based teamwork.

This full-time opportunity comes with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week and offers a competitive hourly rate between $55 and $65, depending on experience.
