A unique opportunity awaits for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a dynamic role for the upcoming school year. This contract position is based onsite and will engage a dedicated BCBA eager to implement a data-driven approach within a school district where the discipline is being introduced for the first time. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping positive behavior supports and fostering collaboration across multiple school environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience in educational settings, supporting both general and special education students
- Strong collaborative mindset with ability to work closely alongside teachers, school psychologists, and staff
- Proven skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing behavioral intervention plans
- Ability to adapt to new environments and take initiative in shaping new programs
Role Highlights:
- Full-time, onsite schedule (37–40 hours per week) from August 17, 2026, through June 10, 2027
- Serve across three schools within the district, working directly with diverse student populations
- Provide direct services, conduct classroom and district-wide behavioral observations—including emotional support classrooms
- Complete FBAs, develop and implement effective behavioral plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster strong teamwork by working collaboratively with teachers, school psychologists, and other staff to support student success
