Seeking an experienced professional to provide vital behavioral support services to students in a dynamic school setting on a contract basis. This position calls for someone with demonstrated expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ready to make a positive impact on students’ educational journeys.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessments, intervention strategies, and behavior modification plans
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and students
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Passion for fostering positive change and supporting students’ success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven behavior plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement effective strategies in the educational environment
- Provide direct and consultative services, including training and coaching staff on behavioral interventions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform adjustments and measure program effectiveness
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and professional guidelines
