Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans in educational settings
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain required credentials

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students referred by school staff
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive environments
  • Deliver training and consultative support to educators and support personnel
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to track student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning processes
  • Provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or paraprofessionals
  • Stay updated on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and special education
