Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Henrico, Virginia

Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Proven ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of data collection, interpretation, and reporting best practices
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced academic settings and balance multiple caseloads
• State licensure in good standing (if applicable)
