As a full-time BCBA (37.5 hours per week), you’ll serve a varied caseload according to district needs, engaging in meaningful collaboration with educators and support staff. Your knowledge and compassion will help design positive behavioral interventions to promote student growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
  • Licensed to practice in applicable settings
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
  • Skilled at working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide ongoing consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with IEP teams and actively participate in meetings to advocate for best practices and student supports
