Middle School Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst in High Point, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required
• Licensed for school-based behavioral practice
• Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly desirable
• Skilled in clear communication and collaborative teamwork with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify and understand student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams on effective behavioral strategies
• Track student progress, maintain accurate data logs, and analyze documentation for informed decision-making
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborate on multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to holistic student support
