What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Valid state licensure as required for school-based practice
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent communication skills, with a knack for clear, collaborative interactions
• Confidence in working with both educators and students of varied backgrounds

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) tailored to student needs
• Develop, document, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer direct consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough records
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with colleagues and families to ensure student success
