In this school-based, full-time position (37.5 hours per week), you will work closely with students, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive behavioral support. Caseloads vary depending on district needs, allowing for a dynamic and engaging work week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Hold relevant state licensure, as required
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with staff and families
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to understand student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Consult and provide coaching/support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school personnel
  • Engage in progress monitoring, collect and analyze behavioral data, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate as a valued member of IEP teams, attending meetings and contributing to student plan development
