Essential Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid state licensure where applicable
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students across a variety of school settings based on district needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that promote student success and well-being
• Provide consultation and ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school-based teams to ensure effective intervention delivery
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain detailed documentation in alignment with district and IEP requirements
• Collaborate actively with IEP teams, participating in meetings and contributing to team-based problem solving for student support
