This contract opportunity begins August 18, 2026, and runs through June 10, 2027, offering part-time hours (15–20 per week, Monday through Friday) working directly with students in grades K–12. You’ll collaborate with educators and support staff, providing guidance that shapes positive outcomes for students with varying needs, including those with autism and other disabilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and current BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working with children or children with disabilities
  • Strong foundation in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans
  • Demonstrated experience supervising others, with the ability to mentor and train support staff
  • Preferred background in providing services to children with autism
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with established protocols

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess students’ behavioral needs using evidence-based methodologies
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and support paraprofessionals and staff implementing behavior plans
  • Train school personnel on behavioral strategies and best practices
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to maximize student success
  • Regularly evaluate progress and adjust interventions for optimal outcomes
  • Support the creation of a positive, inclusive educational environment
