Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Hillsborough, NC

Make a positive impact in the lives of students in a dynamic educational setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract opportunity, running full-time through June 2027, involves supporting a diverse K-12 caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success. You will supervise another contractor and implement evidence-based behavior interventions in an onsite capacity.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and active BCBA certification, required
• Experience working with children, especially those with disabilities
• Previous involvement with students on the autism spectrum preferred
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and support other professional staff
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable providing services solely onsite

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students in grades K-12
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor assigned staff to ensure high professional standards
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school stakeholders to facilitate student progress
• Monitor data collection, analyze trends, and report on outcomes
• Provide guidance and training to staff and caregivers on behavior strategies
