Step into a fulfilling role supporting students and empowering staff in an educational setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Located near Hixson, TN, this contract position offers the opportunity to truly make a difference while enjoying a flexible, full-time schedule. You’ll work closely with a manageable caseload of 10-12 students, applying your expertise to create positive change and lasting impact.

Your typical week will total 37.5 hours, with general hours between 7:15 AM and 4:15 PM—perfect for those who value work-life balance. There’s potential for flexible scheduling to help fit your commitments. In this role, you’ll also provide guidance and supervision to 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), fostering their development and ensuring high-quality services for students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborative approach to working with staff, students, and families
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support a caseload of 10-12 students
  • Supervise 1-2 RBTs, providing mentorship and guidance
  • Design, implement, and monitor behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with educational teams to ensure student growth
  • Attend and complete a 4-day TCIS Training (district covers the cost)

The position is available ASAP through 5/21/26, giving you the chance to build real relationships and see students progress over time. For your expertise and dedication, compensation is $45-$55 per hour.
