Step into a dynamic contract position working full-time, 37.5 hours per week, supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting near Hixson, TN. You’ll oversee a manageable caseload of 10-12 students and provide guidance for 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating closely within a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Experience working with students in school settings strongly preferred
• Prior supervisory experience, especially with RBTs, is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to attending and successfully completing the required 4-day TCIS Training (district covers cost)

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide supervision and support for RBTs, ensuring fidelity to behavior plans

• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with district and ethical standards
