Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hixson, TN

Make a meaningful impact working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students in a school-based environment near Hixson, TN. In this role, you’ll provide key behavioral support and case management to a caseload of 10-12 students, collaborating closely with school staff and families to develop effective strategies and interventions.

Your expertise will also include the supervision of 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), helping them grow in their skills and ensuring quality of care. To equip you with valuable skills, the district will cover the cost of your required 4-day Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Schools (TCIS) Training. The position runs from as soon as possible through May 21, 2026—making it an excellent fit for those looking to commit to a long-term assignment.

Some qualifications and experience desired:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
