Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
• Prior experience working within school or educational settings preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff, families, and students
• Capacity for data-driven decision-making and developing tailored support plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify students’ needs and behavioral goals
• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and support educators and support staff on recommended behavior strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate supports into students’ daily routines
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Provide periodic progress updates to families and school staff
• Remain current with best practices in behavior analysis and special education
