Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention, assessment, and development of individualized programs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making
• Familiarity with current best practices and legal regulations in educational settings

Expected Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and support staff
• Train school personnel on implementation of positive behavior support strategies
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing intervention
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs and other educational plans
• Serve as a trusted resource for behavioral expertise within the educational community
