Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Hollister, CA

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students for the 26/27 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst! This full-time contract role offers a consistent schedule from 8 am to 4 pm and spans from ASAP through June 11, 2027. You’ll play a vital part in shaping positive behavioral outcomes across four school sites, making a meaningful impact every day.

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Experience working within school settings is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide 1-2 RBTs, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused dynamic
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform effective strategies
• Serve as a resource for school teams, teachers, and families to promote student success
• Travel between four designated school sites, ensuring consistent support and cohesive programming
• Remain up-to-date with best practices in ABA and provide professional development to staff as needed
