Beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 5th, 2026, this position offers the chance to foster positive behavioral growth in a supportive school environment, all while enjoying an attractive hourly compensation between $55 and $70.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid BCBA certification is required
  • Experience working with elementary school-aged children strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and ethical guidelines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement, monitor, and adjust behavioral strategies
  • Provide direct and consultative services to address students’ behavioral needs and promote positive outcomes
  • Offer training and support for school personnel to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral interventions
  • Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant records and progress reports
