Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Hollister, California

This position focuses on working with elementary students, developing effective behavioral interventions, and collaborating closely with a dedicated educational team. Essential Qualifications:

• Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience developing and implementing behavioral support plans, preferably within a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Excellent data analysis and report writing abilities
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet each student's unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for elementary students
• Coach teaching staff and paraprofessionals on implementation of behavioral strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistent and coordinated student support
• Participate in team meetings and provide progress updates
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

Pay ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
