School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Soliant Education is partnering with a supportive school district to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite position. This is a high-impact opportunity to support students’ behavioral and academic success while collaborating with a strong special education team.

Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Setting: Onsite, School-Based
Caseload: Mixed grade levels 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff
• Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification required
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Range: $55–$65 per hour based on experience
