Location: Hollister, CA 95023
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Setting: On-Site | 4 School Sites

A school district serving the Gilroy area is accepting BCBA candidates for the 2026/2027 school year. This role provides the opportunity to support behavioral programming across four school sites while supervising a small team of RBTs.

Position Details:

Full-time schedule
8:00 AM–4:00 PM
ASAP through June 11, 2027
Caseload spans 4 school sites
Supervise and manage 1–2 RBTs
Support behavioral programming and student needs
Collaborate with school staff and related service providers

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
Comfort working across multiple school sites
School-based experience preferred
