A K-12 educational setting in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral needs throughout the school year. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that promote positive student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
• Provide direct consultation and coaching to teachers, staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Train school personnel on behavior management strategies

Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
