Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (please be ready to provide a screenshot upon application)
• Prior experience in schools as a BCBA or Autism Specialist is strongly preferred
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Proven ability to coach and support teachers and paraprofessionals in effective behavioral strategies
• Experience in autism-specific classroom settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Must have reliable transportation to accommodate travel between four school sites

Responsibilities:

• Consult with staff and deliver hands-on support to improve student outcomes
• Conduct comprehensive FBAs and develop individualized BIPs
• Provide ongoing classroom coaching for teachers and paraprofessional staff
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address student needs
• Ensure timely travel and clear communication in the case of absenteeism
• Adhere to all required background screening, including fingerprinting and drug testing
