Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings preferred
• Strong background in behavioral assessments, development of intervention plans, and data analysis

• Ability to adapt to different grade levels and diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) for students as needed
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Train and support teachers, aides, and other staff on evidence-based behavior strategies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align supports and interventions
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform ongoing intervention effectiveness
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports
