Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hopkinton, Massachusetts

What we're looking for:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Previous experience working in school environments
• Strong understanding of ABA therapy and best practices
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support IEP goals
• Capable of providing supervision to paraprofessionals or RBTs, as needed

What you'll do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform intervention strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and consult with teachers, aides, and families for effective interventions
• Collect data and analyze trends to modify plans and report progress
• Offer direct support to students, modeling positive behavior techniques
• Attend meetings, contribute to IEP development, and document services provided
