What we're looking for:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience working in school environments
- Strong understanding of ABA therapy and best practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support IEP goals
- Capable of providing supervision to paraprofessionals or RBTs, as needed
What you'll do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to inform intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and consult with teachers, aides, and families for effective interventions
- Collect data and analyze trends to modify plans and report progress
- Offer direct support to students, modeling positive behavior techniques
- Attend meetings, contribute to IEP development, and document services provided
