Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification and current licensure required

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and best practices within schools
  • Ability to design and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and collect data to inform interventions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Train and coach school staff on intervention strategies and data collection
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive school climates
  • Adjust interventions in response to ongoing analysis and student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert insight regarding behavioral goals
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
