What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and collect data to inform interventions
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Train and coach school staff on intervention strategies and data collection
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive school climates
- Adjust interventions in response to ongoing analysis and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert insight regarding behavioral goals
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
