Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students or within a school environment is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments and implement effective interventions
  • Knowledgeable in writing and overseeing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across various grade levels
  • Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide support to teachers and school teams in the application of behavior support strategies
  • Monitor and collect data on student progress, making recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students’ behavioral and educational needs are met
  • Offer ongoing training and consultation to staff for long-term student success
