Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in school or educational settings
  • In-depth knowledge of functional behavioral assessments, data collection, and intervention planning
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to train and support school personnel in implementing behavioral interventions
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and success with interventions
  • Provide direct services, modeling and coaching evidence-based strategies
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Train school personnel on behavior management and intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
