Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Previous experience working within school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Capability to provide training and support to school staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies
- Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and support staff to implement effective behavioral programs
- Provide direct and consultative services for students, families, and school personnel
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to maximize success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and regulatory requirements
- Advocate for best practices and empower staff through ongoing training and professional guidance
