Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Previous experience working within school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Capability to provide training and support to school staff and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and support staff to implement effective behavioral programs
  • Provide direct and consultative services for students, families, and school personnel
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to maximize success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and regulatory requirements
  • Advocate for best practices and empower staff through ongoing training and professional guidance
