Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Demonstrated experience working with school-age children, ideally in a public or private education setting
• Strong ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
• Knowledge of data collection and progress monitoring systems
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ behavioral needs and design effective intervention strategies
• Provide support and training to teachers, aides, and staff regarding behavioral interventions and best practices
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education planning
