Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required
- Previous experience in an educational or school environment strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Collaborative approach to working with behavior technicians, teachers, and school personnel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral supports and interventions across all grade levels as a district-assigned specialist
- Travel between multiple school buildings, supporting a variety of caseloads dependent on staffing and student needs
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized plans in alignment with district guidelines
- Mentor and collaborate with behavior technicians, including those dedicated to elementary schools
- Work closely with school teams to implement interventions and monitor progress
