Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required
  • Previous experience in an educational or school environment strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Collaborative approach to working with behavior technicians, teachers, and school personnel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavioral supports and interventions across all grade levels as a district-assigned specialist
  • Travel between multiple school buildings, supporting a variety of caseloads dependent on staffing and student needs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized plans in alignment with district guidelines
  • Mentor and collaborate with behavior technicians, including those dedicated to elementary schools
  • Work closely with school teams to implement interventions and monitor progress
