This district-wide position allows you to make a broad impact in multiple schools, providing expert guidance and collaborating with behavioral technicians assigned to each building. With school hours scheduled flexibly Monday through Friday, you’ll enjoy some adaptability in your workweek while contributing meaningfully within a strong educational community.

What we’re seeking:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required
  • Experience supporting school-age children in diverse educational settings
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Skilled in assessing student behavior and monitoring progress
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to working with students across all grade levels

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing behavioral assessment and intervention across a caseload spanning up to 24 schools, depending on staffing
  • Collaborating with a team of specialists and behavioral technicians in both elementary and higher grade buildings
  • Consulting with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective behavioral support
  • Crafting and tracking individualized plans and strategies
  • Training and mentoring behavioral techs assigned per building
  • Documenting progress and data to ensure compliance and maximize student growth

  • Immediate interview availability, with a start date of August 3rd and assignment through June 25th
  • Flexible school hours to suit building schedules, 35 hours per week
