Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Hyattsville, MD

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proven experience delivering ABA services in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention plan development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
• Commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on data and best practices
• Oversee implementation of interventions by training and supervising support staff
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive outcomes
• Regularly collect, analyze, and report on behavioral data to drive decision-making
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on behavioral supports
• Provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, and feedback to paraprofessionals and faculty
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
