Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid BCBA certification required
- Previous experience providing ABA services in educational settings preferred
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

- Skilled in data collection, analysis, and reporting behavioral outcomes

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based interventions
- Oversee and train school staff on the implementation of behavior plans
- Provide direct and consultative services for students requiring behavioral support
- Monitor progress, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
- Facilitate team meetings to review student progress and support student-centered solutions
- Serve as a resource for best practices in behavior management and ABA methodologies
