Key Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proven experience delivering ABA services in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of behavior intervention plan development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
- Commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on data and best practices
- Oversee implementation of interventions by training and supervising support staff
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive outcomes
- Regularly collect, analyze, and report on behavioral data to drive decision-making
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on behavioral supports
- Provide ongoing guidance, mentoring, and feedback to paraprofessionals and faculty
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
