Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience providing ABA services in educational settings preferred
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and reporting behavioral outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based interventions
  • Oversee and train school staff on the implementation of behavior plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services for students requiring behavioral support
  • Monitor progress, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Facilitate team meetings to review student progress and support student-centered solutions
  • Serve as a resource for best practices in behavior management and ABA methodologies
