Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week
Setting: School-Based
Work Arrangement: Onsite

A school district near Imlay City, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time school-based opportunity. This position will support an elementary-aged student while working alongside a collaborative team focused on behavioral and mental health needs.

Position Details:

Full-time schedule
37.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday
School hours approximately 7:30 AM–2:45 PM
Support one elementary-aged student
Provide individualized behavioral support
Collaborate with the student's educational and support team
Support behavioral and mental health needs
Monitor student progress and behavior
Work alongside school staff and other professionals

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
Previous experience working with students preferred
Strong behavioral intervention skills
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite
