Qualifications:

  • Must possess active BCBA certification
  • Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles and evidence-based interventions
  • Demonstrated ability to create and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage caseload efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to guide intervention strategies
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs in collaboration with educational teams
  • Provide ongoing support and training for school staff regarding behavioral interventions and data collection
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other service providers to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise in behavioral supports
  • Document progress, maintain records, and prepare necessary reports in compliance with school policies
