Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavior data
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members to train and support implementation of interventions
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, ensuring fidelity of interventions
- Document progress, adjust strategies, and maintain compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
