Make a positive impact by providing expert behavior analysis support to school communities in the Indianapolis area. A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver meaningful services and collaborate with educators, families, and students.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Previous experience providing ABA services in a school or pediatric setting.
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans, functional behavior assessments, and data collection.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Ability to adapt to changing educational environments and meet diverse student needs.
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and create individualized intervention plans.
• Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavioral strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and related service providers to support student success.
• Provide direct and consultative services for students with a range of behavioral needs.
• Ensure all documentation and practices comply with current regulations and best-practice standards.
