Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational or clinical settings
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and best practices
  • Proven ability to create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability within diverse school environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavior data
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members to train and support implementation of interventions
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, ensuring fidelity of interventions
  • Document progress, adjust strategies, and maintain compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights
