Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience supporting school-age children preferred
  • Comfortable providing virtual behavioral services (VOCO)
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior assessments and develop intervention plans for students
  • Provide virtual behavioral support and consultation for educators and families
  • Collaborate with school teams to implement effective strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports per school requirements
