Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a closely related field
  • Experience designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans in educational settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and other professionals
  • Dedication to ethical practices and ongoing professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and interpret assessment results
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff and caregivers on behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Collect, analyze, and report on data to inform decision-making and measure progress
  • Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with IEP and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment of behavioral and academic supports
