As a BCBA, you’ll collaborate with teachers and staff in self-contained programs, focusing on PreK-age students. Your expertise will empower educators and benefit students by consulting on behavior plans, modeling best practices, and providing strategic support—without delivering direct student services. This role involves working itinerantly across 5-7 schools, enriching your experience with a wide variety of environments and teams.

What you’ll bring:

• Active BCBA licensure
• Experience supporting teachers and educational staff in school settings, especially with early childhood or PreK populations
• Skill in coaching, training, and guiding classroom staff on behavioral strategies
• Strong abilities in conducting observations, developing FBAs, assisting with data collection, and modeling interventions
• Fingerprint clearance through the AHCA Clearinghouse (or eligibility to update/verify)

Duties & responsibilities:

• Consult with teachers and program staff in self-contained PreK settings
• Develop and recommend effective behavioral interventions
• Assist teams with data collection, interpretation, and implementation strategies
• Model best-practice behavioral supports in classrooms
• Collaborate with multiple schools to enhance resource sharing and consistency
