Qualifications
Active BCBA certification required
Experience working in school-based settings preferred
Strong background in behavior intervention and data analysis
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Pay: $50+ per hour, based on experience

Caseload and school assignment details provided during interview
Opportunity to work with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Supervise and support RBTs as needed
Maintain accurate data collection and documentation
