Requirements:
- Active and valid BCBA licensure.
- Experience supporting PreK or school-based programs is desirable.
- Ability to obtain/verify current Florida school district fingerprint clearance via AHCA Clearinghouse and complete JLA badge process.
- Capacity to travel locally between assigned schools.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers and staff in self-contained PreK programs.
- Conduct observations and provide professional recommendations for behavioral strategies.
- Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and development of individualized interventions.
- Support staff in effective data collection and implementation of best practices.
- Model strategies and provide ongoing consultative support (no direct student therapy).
