Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification and licensure
• Experience or strong interest in PreK student support
• School-based or pediatric background preferred
• Must complete fingerprinting (AHCA Clearinghouse verification available for existing FL prints) and secure a JLA badge before starting
• Willingness to travel between multiple assigned school sites (5-7 schools)
• Commitment to onsite service (remote/VOCO not available)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and staff in self-contained PreK settings
• Offer guidance on program development, behavioral strategies, and data collection methods
• Observe classrooms, model best practices, and help develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Support educational teams with implementation of effective interventions
