Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification and licensure
- Experience or strong interest in PreK student support
- School-based or pediatric background preferred
- Must complete fingerprinting (AHCA Clearinghouse verification available for existing FL prints) and secure a JLA badge before starting
- Willingness to travel between multiple assigned school sites (5-7 schools)
- Commitment to onsite service (remote/VOCO not available)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers and staff in self-contained PreK settings
- Offer guidance on program development, behavioral strategies, and data collection methods
- Observe classrooms, model best practices, and help develop Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Support educational teams with implementation of effective interventions
