Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA licensure required
• School-based BCBA experience preferred

• Must complete Florida credentialing process, including fingerprinting and JLA badge
• Strong observation, data collection, and modeling skills

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Support teachers with strategy suggestions, classroom observations, and behavior interventions
• Assist in developing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Model effective data collection and intervention strategies for staff
• Serve as a resource across 5-7 schools, focusing on self-contained K-12 programs
• Ensure compliance with all school policies and credentialing requirements
