Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Jamestown, CA

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a commitment to transforming student outcomes through evidence-based strategies. This is an on-site, contract position averaging 40 hours per week, with no virtual services required at this time.

As a key behavioral specialist in a dynamic school environment, you will assess students’ needs, develop behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective programming. What you’ll bring:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Passion for promoting student growth and positive behavioral outcomes
• Ability to work on-site full time (40 hours per week); virtual/remote work not available

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students in need of support
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and provide ongoing consultation to school staff and families in ABA-based strategies
• Collect and analyze data to measure intervention effectiveness and modify practices as needed
• Collaborate with school teams to integrate behavioral supports into academic programming
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
