Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) across multiple grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to support student success
• Monitor progress through robust data analysis and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams and actively participate in meetings to guide behavior strategies

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Experience supporting children or adolescents in school-based or pediatric environments preferred
