Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Prior experience providing behavioral analysis or ABA therapy in school or pediatric environments highly preferred
• Knowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Strong data collection and analysis abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to determine student needs
• Develop, oversee, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans

• Participate in team meetings and IEP development as needed
