Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents in school settings
  • Solid understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, support staff, and families
  • Flexibility and adaptability when addressing the diverse needs of students
  • Experience training and supporting instructional staff on ABA strategies preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses for students requiring behavioral support
  • Develop and oversee data-driven, individualized intervention plans in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Monitor student progress through regular data collection and make ongoing treatment adjustments
  • Provide training and consultation to teachers and paraprofessionals on ABA best practices
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing behavioral expertise to enhance student plans
  • Serve as a supportive resource for families and staff, promoting consistency across settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory standards
