Key Qualifications:

• Must hold active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Prior experience working in school settings is strongly preferred

• Adaptable and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to guide interventions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Provide direct support and consultative services to teachers and support staff
• Deliver training to school personnel on behavioral strategies and interventions
• Engage families in collaborative planning for effective behavioral support at home and in school
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring in accordance with school policies
