Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments using established methodologies
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators and therapists to support student progress
- Collect and analyze data to monitor and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working within educational environments is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
