A special opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavior analysis services within a school setting in Jersey City, NJ. This contract position is ideal for professionals skilled in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments using established methodologies
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators and therapists to support student progress
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience working within educational environments is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
