- Current and active BCBA certification required

- Experience training and supporting school-based staff is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide ongoing support and training for teachers, aides, and other school personnel
- Collect data and maintain detailed documentation on interventions and outcomes
- Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in school meetings to support student success
- Engage families in understanding and generalizing behavioral support plans
